Dutch Red Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head red cabbage
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 apples, peeled and sliced
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/4 c. grape jelly
Preparation
    Saute the cabbage in the margarine 5 minutes.
    Add brown sugar, onion and apples.
    Cook another 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer slowly for about 20 minutes.
