Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans golden mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can mushrooms
    onions, bell pepper, garlic, etc. (to individual taste)
    1 lb. crawfish
Preparation
    Saute seasonings; add other ingredients (except crawfish). Cook a few minutes.
    Add crawfish, salt and pepper.
    Cook about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
