Chicken Confetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. cut up chicken
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
7 or 8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Wash chicken pieces and pat dry.
Season with salt and pepper.
