Camarones Enchiladas(Serving Size: 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. peeled and washed shrimp
1 large chopped onion
6 cloves crushed garlic
1 large chopped green pepper
1/4 c. each: chopped cilantro and parsley
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 (7 oz.) jar chopped red pimento
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 bay leaves
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Saute shrimp in a little oil until rosey.
Set aside.
Saute onion, garlic and green pepper.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 25 minutes.
Add shrimp and simmer another 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
