Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hot or mild sausage
2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
3 c. biscuit mix

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and shape into balls.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Yields 3 dozen.
