Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (55 oz.) can orange pineapple yams
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. potato juice
Preparation
    Drain potatoes.
    Add 1/2 cup potato juice to mixture.
    Beat potatoes with egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and flour.
    Add pecans and coconut (mix by hand).
    Microwave on High for 8 minutes. Refrigerate to cool.
    Bake pie crusts (let cool).
    Fold mixture into cooled pie crust and add meringue to top.
