Texas Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken or shrimp soup (undiluted)
    3/4 c. grated Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
    1 doz. eggs
Preparation
    Blend and heat the soup, cheese and sherry.
    Soft scramble 1 dozen eggs; combine with other ingredients.
    Put in an ovenproof casserole.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    To reheat, put in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
