Weight Watcher'S Garden Green Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. torn romaine lettuce
2 c. torn fresh spinach
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 3/4 c. thinly sliced cucumber (about 1 medium)
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients in a jar.
Cover tightly and shake vigorously.
Pour over lettuce mixture and toss gently. Yields 4 servings (about 58 calories per 1 1/2-cup serving).
