Frozen Pumpkin Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 canned pumpkin (solid packed)
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. mace
salt to taste
3 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
vanilla ice cream
graham cracker crust
Preparation

Mix pumpkin, sugar and spices.
Stir in sherry and stir in Cool Whip.
Spread 1/4-inch thick layer of ice cream on pie crust.
Add pumpkin mixture.
Freeze.
