Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 to 10-inch) pie crust
    4 eggs (medium to large)
    1 pt. cream
    1 1/2 c. grated, yellow and white cheese (e.g. Cheddar and Mozzarella, Colby and Swiss)
    filling to taste (e.g. broccoli, mushrooms, bacon, onions, shrimp, etc.)*
    3/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    *Seasoning with filling, to taste.
