Zucchini Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, cubed
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    5 eggs
    1 c. Bisquick or pancake mix
    1/2 -1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. oil
    Garlic powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add Bisquick, cheese, oil, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
    Add zucchini.
    Bake 325\u00b0 for 30-40 mins. in greased 8 inch square pan.
