Spinach Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
16 oz. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
Preparation

Cook spinach as package directs. Drain and squeeze out all the water. Combine all and mix well. Best if made day before. Serve with crackers of your choice. (Wheat Thins or Wheatables are best.)
