Pork Chop Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    1 large onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can consomme soup
    8 carrots or more
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown pork chops and chopped onion in oil.
    Add spices, consomme (undiluted), sliced and peeled carrots and potatoes. Cook in steam pressure pot 20 minutes or bake in oven one hour at 350\u00b0.
