Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. vinegar
4 oz. red food coloring
3 c. self-rising flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream the sugar and oil.
Add eggs. Beat well. Add vinegar and food coloring. Beat well. Sift dry ingredients. Add milk and vanilla.
Beat well.
Pour batter into prepared cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
