"Not At Home Stew" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless set meat
    5 to 6 peeled and cut potatoes
    5 to 6 peeled and cut carrots
    2 peeled and cut onions
    4 stalks cut celery
    1/3 c. instant tapioca
    seasonings
    tomato sauce (to cover)
Preparation
    Into a very large casserole, put layers of boneless stew meat, cut up potatoes, onions, celery, seasonings and 1/3 cup of instant tapioca.
    Add enough tomato sauce to cover.
    Put on lid.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 to 6 hours.
    Makes a rich, thick and brown gravy!
