Butternut Squash Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 small cans chicken broth
1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cut up
1 onion, quartered
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Combine all ingredients (except milk) and bring to a good boil.
Lower to medium heat.
When squash is tender, put any remaining chunks through blender.
Stir in milk.
Cooking time is about 1 hour.
