Barbara'S Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1/3 c. water
    2 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    fresh tomatoes
    onion
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to
    450\u00b0.
    Put ground beef in large bowl. Fold in\tall ingredients.
    Keep folding ground beef until the texture becomes
    slightly
    stiff.
    Flatten mixture out in the bottom of a large baking pan.
    Top with quartered tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle
    some
    turmeric
    on
    top.\tBake for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve with white rice and cucumber salad.
