Caramel Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 apples
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramel candies
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Insert popsicle sticks into the apples (make sure apples are dry).
Heat the caramel candies, salt and water in top of double boiler over hot water. Stir frequently until caramels are melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Dip each apple in mixture until coated.
Place on waxed paper.
Refrigerate until firm.
