Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground veal, pork and beef (1/2 lb. of each)
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1 1/4 lb. chopped onion
    1/4 clove garlic, cut fine
    1 chopped green pepper
    2 sprigs chopped parsley
    1 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. tomato puree
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meats.
    Add onions, garlic, green pepper and parsley. Cook until slightly brown.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 8.
