Easy Company Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless beef, cut in 2-inch cubes
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes (approximately 3 1/2 c.)
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) bottle stuffed olives, cut in half
    liquid from olives
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in saucepan.
    Cover; simmer for 2 hours, or until beef is very tender.
    Do not season until ready to serve, as olive juice may make it salty enough.
    Serve on rice.
    Serves 4 or 5.
