Meat Balls Hawaiian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. soda cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onions
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. flour
3 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape meat mixture into 30 balls.
Roll in flour; brown meat balls in shortening.
Drain.
Prepare sauce; pour over meat balls and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
Serves 6.
