Pecan Clusters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    pinch of salt
    1 c. light brown sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until forms a soft peak, add 1/2 sugar, beat. Then add other half until sugar is completely dissolved.
    Grease pans, dip pecans in egg whites.
    Place flat on baking sheet.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until light brown.
