Mini Strombolis - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
20 thin slices pepperoni
1 pkg. large flaky refrigerator biscuits
Preparation

Combine cheeses in a small bowl.
Halve each biscuit horizontally, making 20 thin biscuits.
Gently shape each piece into a 2 1/4 x 4-inch oval.
Place a slice of pepperoni slightly off center on dough.
Top with level tablespoon of cheese mixture. Moisten edges.
Fold over and pinch to seal.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until golden.
Makes 20 servings.
