Whitefish Almondine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. whitefish fillets
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. regular all-purpose flour
2 tsp. seasoned salt
dash of seasoned pepper
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. blanched, slivered almonds
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
lemon wedges
Preparation

Cut fillets into serving size pieces.
Sprinkle all sides with lemon juice.
Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Use to coat fish.
In large skillet over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine, fry fish pieces until brown, about 10 minutes, turning once.
Place fish on warm platter; keep warm.
