Spinach Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced thin
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
    1 uncut loaf rye or pumpernickel bread
Preparation
    Mix first first 4 ingredients together.
    Cut top off loaf of bread; scoop out the center.
    Put spread in the \"bowl.\"
    Cut up center into pieces to spread spinach mix on.
    When spread is all gone, cut up loaf and enjoy.
