Canned Peppers And Wieners - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (32 oz.) ketchup
1 qt. tomato juice
2 c. vinegar
3 c. sugar
2 cloves garlic
4 lb. wieners, cut up
3 gal. sweet and hot peppers, cut up
Preparation

Combine and cook ketchup, juice, vinegar, sugar and garlic together for 30 minutes.
Add peppers and wieners and cook for 20 minutes longer.
Put in clean canning jars and cold pack for 10 minutes.
