Famous Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork steaks, cut in strips
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    1 medium onion
    2 to 4 green, red or yellow bell peppers
    cilantro to taste
    green chiles (optional)
    1 pkg. Lawry's fajita mix
    oil
    tortillas
    sour cream (topping)
Preparation
    Brown garlic, peppers, onion and cilantro in skillet.
    Remove and drain.
    Stir-fry pork strips in same skillet.
    When almost done, add vegetables, fajita mix and 1 glass of water.
    Stir and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Fill tortillas or just set it all out and let them make their own.
    Great with guacamole, pico or other Mexican side dishes.
