Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/3 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream flour and shortening together.
    Mix water, vinegar, salt and egg together.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Roll between waxed paper on a pastry cloth or floured board.
    Makes two double crust pies or four 9-inch crusts.
