Fresh Fruit And Cheese Sundaes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. low-fat or regular cottage cheese
2 seedless oranges, peeled and diced (grate 1 tsp. peel and set aside)
1/2 c. sliced strawberries or whole blueberries or raspberries
1/2 c. finely chopped, fresh or crushed, drained pineapple
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. toasted, slivered almonds
Preparation

In a medium bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, orange pieces and berries.
Gently fold in pineapple, brown sugar and orange peel until mixed.
Spoon mixture into 4 serving dishes. Sprinkle almonds over each serving.
Makes 4 sundaes.
