Freezer Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            5 1/2 to 6 c. all-purpose flour, divided
 
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
Preparation

                            In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 c. flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
 
Stir mixture and set aside.
In a saucepan, combine water, milk and butter.
Heat until butter melts.
Cool to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0. Stir in flour mixture and beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add 1/2 c. flour and eggs.
Beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
Gradually stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.
