Southern Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins or dates
2 eggs, separated
1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Cream together the butter and sugar.
Add egg yolks, vinegar, nuts and raisins.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in an unbaked crust for 45 minutes in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven.
