Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 lb. ground veal
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. hot milk
    1 egg
    6 Tbsp. dried bread crumbs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    pinch of allspice and nutmeg
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk.
    Fry onion until clear but not brown.
    Add all ingredients and mix well.
    Shape into small balls and brown on all sides.
