Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round loaf sourdough bread
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed drained chopped broccoli
    1/4 tsp. dried crushed rosemary
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut slice from top of bread loaf. Remove center, leaving 1-inch shell.
    Cut removed bread into bite-sized pieces.
    Cover shell with top.
    Place on cookie sheet with bread pieces.
    Bake 15 minutes.
