Easy Ham And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. (3 c.) egg noodles
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    dash of pepper
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed
    2 c. cubed, cooked ham
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain.
    Keep warm.
    Heat
    oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 2 1/2-quart casserole.
