Carrot Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. ground or grated carrots
Preparation
    Combine oil and sugar; mix well.
    Add 4 well beaten eggs. Sift together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
    Add this to sugar, egg and oil mixture and mix well.
    Fold in 3 cups of carrots. Grease a large cookie sheet (with sides) and flour.
    Pour in batter to about 1/2 inch thickness.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
