Easy Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and put in colander to drain extra juice
    3 green peppers, chopped
    4 medium onions, chopped
    1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together and cook to boiling in a large kettle.
    Lower heat and simmer until desired thickness.
    Simmer 2 to 3 hours. Fill sterilized jars within 1/2-inch of top.
    Makes about 13 (1 1/2 pint) jars.
