Cheeseburger Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; drain.
    Stir in water, catsup, mustard, salt and pepper. Bring to boil.
    Stir in rice and cover; remove from heat.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork.
    Sprinkle with cheese and cover; let stand 3 minutes, or until cheese melts.
