Pineapple Picnic Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
Preparation

In large bowl, gradually stir the undrained crushed pineapple into the cream cheese.
Stir in the pudding mix.
Fold in pineapple chunks and whipped topping.
Cover and chill until serving time.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
