Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens, cut up
    1 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple juice
    1 c. pineapple tidbits
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in soy sauce for 1 hour and drain.
    Dot with butter; brown on both sides under broiler.
    Place in casserole dish; add pineapple juice and cornstarch.
    Simmer together on low heat (300\u00b0) for 1 1/2 hours.
    Add tidbits and mushrooms.
    Heat through.
