Carrots Lyonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, cut in julienne strips
    2 cubes chicken bouillon
    water to cover
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 to 3 onions, sliced
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cook together carrots, bouillon and water.
    Simmer sliced onions in butter.
    Add flour to thicken and water (drained from carrots).
    Add to carrots and cook together 10 to 15 minutes.
