No Cook Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. sliced cucumbers (do not peel)
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    2 or 3 sliced onions
    1/4 c. salt
    3 1/2 c. white sugar
    2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Put first 3 ingredients in large container and cover with salt; mix sugar and vinegar and dissolve.
    Cool; pour over pickles and salt.
    Cover tightly; put in refrigerator.
    Ready to eat in 2 to 6 weeks.
