Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. corn
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/2 stick butter (on top)
8 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of salt
enough milk or cream to cover
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Sprinkle top with freshly grated black pepper and place butter over the top (evenly spaced). Bake 45 to 60 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
Will be set in center and resemble the consistency of custard.
