Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. steak, cubed
    1 lb. onions, sliced
    butter
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 c. stewed tomatoes
    1 c. beef broth
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 slice lemon rind, chopped
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. noodles, cooked
Preparation
    Cook steak and onions in 1/4 cup Parkay in heavy skillet until onions are transparent.
    Add next 6 ingredients; mix well.
    Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Blend flour into 2 tablespoons Parkay in small bowl.
    Stir into broth mixture.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Serve over noodles.
