Lemon Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 lemons or 1/3 c. lemon juice
    6 egg yolks
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 pt. whipping cream
    2 tsp. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    coconut
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, then add 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla and vinegar, then add 1 1/2 cups sugar gradually and continue beating. Don't beat too stiff.
    Cover back of a large cookie sheet with foil. Spread egg white mixture over foil.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool in oven with heat off and door open, very gradually, about 1 hour.
