Spinach Dip Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Knorr vegetable soup mix (dry)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 can water chestnuts, diced
Preparation
    Mix and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
    Good with Club crackers (Keebler Club or Captain crackers).
