Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. baking cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. brewed coffee, room temperature
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat for 2 minutes. Stir in coffee (batter will be thin). Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35-40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
    Cool completely.
