Dilly Casserole Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. cottage cheese, warmed
    1 unbeaten egg
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. instant onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. dill seed
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water. Add cottage cheese and egg. Add sugar.
    Mix rest of ingredients together and add to liquid.
    Mix well. Turn out on floured board and fold over several times. Cover and let rise until double. Push down.
    Put into buttered casserole.
    Let rise about 30 minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. When done, butter top and sprinkle with salt.
