Ingredients
    1 c. fresh orange segments
    1 c. flaked crabmeat
    1/3 c. cucumber, diced
    3/4 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Toss ingredients together lightly with a fork; salt to taste. Serve on crisp lettuce.
