Teriyaki Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 c. sugar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh ginger
    2 cloves garlic
    2 to 3 Tbsp. mirin
Preparation
    Marinate chicken at least 2 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 or on a grill.
