Red Peanut Patty - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
2/3 c. white syrup
1 c. Milnot
3 c. raw peanuts
2 Tbsp. butter
4 to 5 drops red food coloring

Preparation

Cook first 4 ingredients to soft ball.
Remove from heat and add butter and food coloring.
Stir until consistency of fudge. Drop by spoonfuls on buttered cookie sheets.
